I purchased two Unisize Cuffs as Christmas gifts for my sons. My youngest absolutely loved his—the fit, the colour, and the sleek style made it a perfect hit! My eldest felt the same, but unfortunately, I didn’t realize he already owned one. When I reached out to Vacier’s customer service, they promptly and clearly explained their returns policy. I accepted a 30% refund without needing to return the bracelet and plan to regift it to my nephew. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience!
